Valhalla is situated on the east coast of Arran, in the quiet rural hamlet of Kings Cross and commands spectacular views to The Holy Isle and across the firth of Clyde. The property is situated at the end of a quiet lane, bordering farmland.

Accommodation
Fully renovated for summer 2009, Valhalla is a fantastic holiday home. It is an extremely spacious villa, offering flexible accommodation, where the self contained unit upstairs can offer excellent privacy for a split party of friends or extended family.

The property is finished to a very high standard with quality fittings, oak flooring and power shower.
The Villa as a whole, sleeps 6-8.
Upstairs is a self contained flat with king size bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge area and bathroom.
All rooms are South facing with panoramic views over to the mainland.
Downstairs, are a further two bedrooms: one double, one twin; toilet, bathroom, dining kitchen with separate utility room and a large lounge.
The garden has a large lawn, and secluded private patio.
The garage is perfect for storing outdoor equipment and bikes.

The house as a whole is spacious, well furnished, and comfortably sleeps 6-8. A combination of both the lower and upper compartments the house can be easily linked via an internal door. Full description below:

Valhalla UPPER £300 - £400 pw

A lovely bright one bedroom flat with separate entrance, and open coastal views.
The flat comprises a contemporary open plan kitchen/lounge area with LCD TV, king size bedroom, bathroom with shower, and storage.

Valhalla Lower £400 - £600 pw

Enter via the utility/boot room into the dining kitchen which has in 2009 been finished to an exceptionally high standard with solid wooden surfaces, stainless steel appliances including double oven and large gas hob.
The kitchen has a farmhouse style dining table, seating 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine.
The lounge has LCD TV, DVD, HiFi, two sofas including a sofa bed, and living flame fire.
The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, separate power shower and heated towel rail.
There is a twin and double bedroom. The twin bedroom offers plenty of space to add a cot or extra child's bed.
