 These award winning cottages enjoy an idyllic position in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the Isle of Purbeck. Upton Farm lies close to Ringstead Bay and Burning Cliff, and there are unrivalled opportunities to enjoy suberb walking, breathtaking scenery, and a choice of glorious beaches, rugged coastline and scenic coves.
Offering a timeless refuge from the cares of today, the cottages are set in 8 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and grounds. Originally these attractive buildings were 17th century barns, but the owner's careful and sympathetic restoration programme has created the ideal combination of old and new.
 The ancient beams, spacious interiors and cosy fires have all been retained and yet the accommodation is now luxuriously appointed and of an extremely high standard - as can be seen from the excellent colour brochure which the owners can send to you on request.
There are six cottages:
Sleeping 2 - 6 Each has its own individual character, and each has oil, or gas central heating. The interiors have been professionally designed, including the soft furnishings in silk, velvet and chintz. Antique furniture is also extensively used. Four poster and brass beds. On arrival you will find everything you need, including: all bedding, cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, colour TV, video, Hi-fi, payphone, laundry service - and much more besides. Short breaks are available at certain times of the year, from £140 for 3 nights. |
