Well presented 3 bedroom house, situated in a quiet street, yet only five minutes walk down the hill to the harbour and central area of Padstow. There is a spacious private rear garden with large newly laid patio, and views across the Camel estuary to Rock and over town to the War Memorial. On street parking is available outside of the house.

Padstow boasts a range of contemporary shops and galleries as well as many excellent restaurants including Rick Stein's Seafood restaurant and Number 6. The local beaches of St George's Well and Hawker's Cove are within easy walk of the house, as are Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath via the Rock Ferry. Many other excellent beaches such as Harlyn, Constantine and Portcothan are within a fifteen minute drive, and Watergate Bay with its range of surf and other activities, the Beach Hut, and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen is little over 20 minutes away. The start of the delightful Camel trail is less than 2 minutes by bike from the house, whilst the unique Eden Project is a 30 minute drive.

  • Bedroom 3: 2 single bunk beds.
  • Bathroom, newly refurbished with bath, shower screen and shower over bath, WC, wash basin with mirror and shaver light/point above.
 Outside:  
  • Kitchen and double rear lounge doors to walled rear garden. Newly laid rear patio, with garden furniture, washing line, hose for wetsuits etc, and gate to lane at rear of property (useful for bikes).
  • Small paved area at front of property.
