A 17th century farmhouse and 4 farm cottages in beautiful countryside on the edge of Hepworth, a lovely Pennine village. The cottages range from between 200 and 300 years old, each has been tastefully renovated, with all modern conveniences whilst retaining an abundance of character features. The cottages have a 4 star rating with the English Tourist Council. All guests have use of a large heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. Outstanding walking, cycling and riding from the doorstep and an excellent pub/restaurant is within a 2 minute walk.
Accommodation  One, two and three bedroom cottages which are spacious and full of character: panelled rooms, oak beams, stone fireplaces and flag floors abound. Each cottage is centrally heated, has 'log effect' fires, a fitted kitchen and is furnished and equipped to ETC 4 star standards. The cottages are on the edge of Uppergate Farm in a peaceful location, with extensive gardens, farm and woodland walks, cycling, ample parking, plus farm and play areas for children. All guests have use of a large, heated, indoor swimming pool and sauna. The 'Mistal' cottage has its own hot tub. The Peak District, the Dales, Chatsworth, York, Manchester and Leeds airports, the M1 and M62 etc. can all be accessed in less than one hour. Excellent pub/restaurant within a 5 minute walk.
