Ideally situated on a working dairy farm, two miles from the South Wales coastal town of Porthcawl, mid-way between Cardiff and Swansea and only a few minutes away from Exit 37 of the M4 motorway. There are numerous places of interest to visit in the area.
The Cottages are converted from stone barns. They are adjacent to the Farmhouse in a stone walled area with space for parking and where children can play safely. Ivy Cottage can sleep 5. Swallow Cottage can sleep 4. The Granary can sleep up to 6 + sofabed. The Coach House has two double and two twin bedrooms all ensuite. Also gallery with sofa bed. The Coach House is suitable for a wheelchair user. Facilities The Cottages have oil central heating and a woodburning stove. Each has a combined living-kitchen area with fully equipped wood finish kitchens. The cottages have flagstone floors with rugs in the living/kitchen area. The walls are whitewashed to maintain the character of the old buildings and there are exposed beams throughout. Each cottage has a patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. A shared Laundry Room is available. The Coach House has its own laundry facilities. The 25 acres of ancient woodland are ideal for walks. You can also visit the farm stables, see the cows being milked and help feed the young calves. Our fresh milk can be delivered to your door each morning.
