 Ty Popty has been carefully converted from an old bakery to a charming dormer style cottage. Detached and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village of Aberdovey, it is a short walk to the harbour, shops, restaurants and beach.
Aberdovey is considered The Jewel in the Crown of Cardigan Bay, with sailing, fishing, walking, golfing or relaxing on the beautiful beaches.
Accommodation From the private carspace a pine stable front door leads through a loggia to the comfortable lounge opening out onto a private mediterranean style patio garden. The large terrazzo tiled kitchen is equipped to the highest standards and has double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and separate dining area. The attractively tiled groundfloor bathroom has a separate shower. A pine staircase leads to a galleried landing and two cottage styled bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, single bed and washbasin, the second bedroom has twin beds. Ty Popty has been renovated to the highest standards, with gas CH, double glazing, tv/video making it comfortable and cosy any time of the year.
