WELCOME TO THE TYN LLYN NOTICES
Toby and I think this place is one of the most amazing locations to be found. See if you agree with us. Before we moved to the area permanently we used to stay in Tyn Llyn. That was before it had any lighting or running water. Tyn Llyn is the ultimate getaway.
The cottage runs off 12 volt electricity, batteries are supplied.
There is a gas fired hob and instant water heater. The other heating is provided by the wood burner. There is no shower so it is back to the basic bath!!
Tyn Llyn water supply is lake fed so we supply drinking water in bottles.
We do have to be very clear though, Tyn Llyn is VERY basic, it will not suit everyone! The location and the wildlife are everything, there is even a Barn Owl in the roof.
We try to be generous with starter packs of fuel and firelighters and also candles. Free firelighting lessons on request. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.
 Tyn Llyn is available for rent from early February until early November depending upon the weather.

There is a motley collection of boats available for your use on the lake.
Our gardens are now open to the public from March to November. You have free unlmited access to the Gardens, Adventure Playground, Pet's corner and Plant Sales.
There is a cafe serving home cooked food from 10.00a.m. until 5.00p.m.

If you like the look of Tyn Llyn but think it is too basic we have four other properties catering for various different needs. They sleep from two to eight people and are located around the farm.
