Tyn Llech is a beautfully restored 17th Century stone cottage set on a private country estate with views of the sea from its private secluded garden. Situated close to the seaside town of Criccieth you can enjoy the best that Wales has to offer - beaches, castles, mountains and breathtaking scenery.

Accommodation

This welcoming house has been tastefully designed and furnished with limed oak floors, deep comfortable sofas, wood burning stove set in inglenook fireplace, wall mounted LCD TV with Freeview Sky, Wireless Broadband, DVD Player, CD Player with Radio and iPOD dock.
There are three bedrooms - Master Bedroom with twins that can zip together to make a King and ensuite walk in shower/wet area with underfloor heating.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms - 1 with Double Bed and 1 with Twin Beds - and a shared bathroom with loo and hand-held shower over the bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric double oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and table and chairs.
There is a separate utility room with washer/drier and dishwasher.
The lovely sea facing garden has garden furniture and BBQ for enjoying quiet evenings in spectacular surroundings.
