Tyddyn Bach is a bungalow situated in a tranquil and peaceful position in the Snowdonia National Park on a single track country lane which is a cycle route with panoramic unspoilt views of the renowned Dysynni Valley (favoured by walkers, cyclists, and bird watchers) and Bird Rock (Craig yr Aderyn) - the only inland nesting place for cormorants in Europe. Buzzards and red kite can be seen circling.
Aberdyfi (Aberdovey), Tywyn, Tonfannau, Llwyngwril and Fairbourne with their beaches are all within easy reach as are Cader Idris and Dolgoch Falls.
The Bungalow has been completely refitted and sleeps 4. It has a large lounge with slate fireplace and feature electric fire, Freeview television, 3-seater leather settee, 2 easy chairs, and dining area with table and chairs; Large kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar; Bathroom with bath (shower over), WC and washbasin; Utility Room with washing machine and central heating boiler; Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe, and ensuite shower, WC and washbasin; Bedroom 2 with two single beds and fitted wardrobe; Conservatory with 4 chairs and coffee table; Double Garage, also parking for 2 cars on drive. There is a large garden with summerhouse and extensive views over the valley towards Bird Rock and Cader Idris. It is fully carpeted with gas central heating and hot water with safety certificate. A smoke alarm, fire extinguishers and fireblanket are installed and certified annually. Carparking ticket for Gwynedd County supplied.
