Situated in the grounds of historic Sealyham Mansion, (now Sealyham Activity Centre), with a hundred acres of woodland and the River Anghof running through the estate. Ty Anghof is convenient for the beaches and coast path at Newgale and the historic city of St. Davids as well as the Preseli hills. This luxurious, architect designed, part barn conversion has many unique features for a very special holiday. For the more adventurous bookings can be made with Sealyham Activity Centre with daily activities such as coasteering and rock climbing.

  • Ty Anghof is architect designed, all on one level, south facing and very light, and has three good sized bedrooms including one en-suite.
  • Master bedroom, very spacious with views across lawns and woodland. One double with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, w.h.b and w.c.
  • Bedroom two, good sized room with double bed.
  • Bedroom three, spacious with two singles.
  • Separate bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, w.h.b, and w.c.
  • There is a very large kitchen/dining room with open beam, vaulted ceiling, complete with oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher as well as a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer,fridge/freezer and microwave. Also sofa and oak dining furniture.
  • Study/fourth bedroom (sofa bed on request), and Flatscreen TV/DVD player (Sky multi-room).
  • Lovely bright, south-facing sitting room with vaulted ceiling, with woodburner Sky HD TV/DVD player and luxurious leather furniture.

  • Ty Anghof is one of three properties in the grounds of Sealyham Mansion.
  • It has plenty of parking, a large paved patio with hardwood furniture and lawn overlooking lake and extensive woodland in a river valley (fishing available) where you can walk and enjoy the wildlife (otters and badgers present if you are lucky).
