is a luxury 17th Century Listed Grade II romantic holiday hideaway situated 1 mile from sandy coves and beaches in the tiny village of Veryan Green. The cottage is ideally suited for a couple but can easily accommodate up to four people.

Renovations and furnishings have been done to a very high standard whilst retaining lots of original features including low beamed ceilings and narrow doorways with a rounded staircase leading to the open vaulted master bedroom upstairs.
 
A dining conservatory opens out on to a small secluded courtyard garden at the rear of the property.

Flat screen TV and DVD player, Digital Freeview, CD music system, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (please bring your own beach towels), separate shower cubicle in bathroom, totally private enclosed south facing rear Courtyard style garden which is ideal for alfresco dining or just relaxing in the sun, teak patio furniture.

• Bedroom 1: ground floor: semi vaulted beamed ceiling, with 2 single beds (1 slides out from underneath).
• Master bedroom - first floor: Sumptuous furnishings, wooden floor, vaulted beamed ceiling, king size bed scattered with cushions and a throw. 100% Cotton Egyptian Towels are included.

With a central location exploring the surroundings could not be easier. Sailing, walking or simply relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. The famous Eden Project is based 14 miles away, maybe a trip to the lost gardens of Heligan, or even the new Maritime Museum in Falmouth is only half an hours drive away.
