Pen Cefn was once a working farm and the cottages are renovated farm buildings in beautiful old Welsh stone, with slated roofs. These lovely buildings nestle into spectacular surroundings with magnificent views of mountains, hills and valleys.

 TY GWENNOL - sleeps 6 in three charming beamed bedrooms with lovely views across the Berwyn range. The lounge has an inglenook fireplace with a huge stone mantle, uncovered during renovations, and coal effect electric stove.
 LLAETHDY - sleeps 2/3 in a family bedroom. This is a single-storey cottage with oak beams and pretty decor, it is ideal for small families or couples wanting to get away from it all.
 TY HEN - sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedded room. Magnificent views from the patio and the beautiful timbered lounge and dining room make this cottage a firm favourite.

 HAFOD LAS - This lovely airy cotttage sleeps 2 in a double bedded room. It has a shower room with fixed shower seat and grab rails. All doors in the cottage are extra wide to accommodate a wheel chair. The kitchenette/lounge/diner has magnificent views down the Dee Valley to Bala Lake in the distance.
BALA, with beautiful Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake with its many water borne activities) is our nearest town about five minutes drive away. Complete with shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, churches and its own little railway; this really is the gateway to beautiful Snowdonia.
