is a comfortable, two bedroomed modern terraced property. Standing on the outskirts of Fakenham, a traditional market town, with the advantage of a ten-pin bowling alley, cinema and National Hunt racecourse. Completed in the summer of 2005 it has been tastefully decorated in a modern style and is just ten miles from the magnificent sandy beaches of Holkham and Brancaster, and two miles from Pensthorpe bird reserve. A fabulous base in which to explore, Twitchers has:  

• An open plan kitchen, well fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and grill, gas hob and washing machine.
• Dining area with table and chairs, living area with large leather sofa (which is a double bed if needed) and chair, TV with built in DVD and CD player and numerous games and books.
• French doors lead out to a small but enclosed garden with furniture for outdoor eating.
• There is also a downstairs w.c.
• Radiators provide heating, and hot water is instant.
• Upstairs there is a family bathroom, one double bedroom with dressing room and a single bedroom. Linen and towels are provided.
• To the front is a private road with a drive for one car.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday with short breaks available.
