• The conservatory opens into the garden, and is a real sun trap.
• The sitting room/diner is comfortably furnished with colour TV.
• The galley kitchen has electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
• The bathroom has bath, basin and wc.

• The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Maritime Museum are within easy reach by car.
• Other places of interest include The Tate Gallery, The Minack Theatre, Goonhilly Earth Station, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, and many gorgeous gardens.
• Those who enjoy sailing, surfing, riding and golf are well catered for in Cornwall, and good food and pleasant pubs are not too far away.
