 This stunning renovated 18th century farmhouse situated on a hillside above the Tummel Inn with spectacular southerly views over Loch Tummel and approximately 10 miles from Pitlochry. The Farmhouse is completely double glazed and insulated. It sits on approximately three quarters of an acre of private ground divided into a lawn area to the front with barbecue facilities and garden furniture situated on the patio. There is parking for up to 5 cars. The house is fuelled by oil for heating and electricity for cooking, all of which is included in the price. All linen, duvets and towels will be provided. There is also the luxury of a Steam Room and Jacuzzi. A telephone is available. 
The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 8 and comprises:
Downstairs Heated vestibule with coat and boot racks. Large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer. Dining area comfortably seating 8. Secondary lounge with chairs and a piano with French doors leading to patio and garden area. 2 single/twin bedded rooms. Bathroom with WC, bath and shower. 
Upstairs 2 double bedrooms. Second bathroom with steam room, shower, WC and Jacuzzi bath. Principal sitting room with satellite TV, DVD/Video, CD player, games books and jigsaws.
