Situated in a peaceful village location, the cottage benefits from beautiful countryside views across the River Lynher valley with some of the Dartmoor tors in the distance. Approximately 700ft feet above sea level, in the foothills of Bodmin Moor, it is an ideal base for touring in Cornwall and West Devon. Trelyn is within easy reach of local heritage sites, good walking country, various golf courses, National Trust Properties and The Eden Project, as well as popular towns such as Looe and Polperro. While you are here, why not brush up your IT skills with Angie, who is an IT Training Consultant.

The accommodation comprises:

Fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine full oven/hob and microwave.
Dining room - TV/radio.
Lounge - TV.
1 Double and 1 twin bedroom, each with their own shower rooms. The twin room is located on the ground floor.
Use of the garden and patio areas.
All linen, crockery, utensils, etc provided.
Central heating can be used as required.
