 Trehaven View is a top-floor self-catering apartment with outstanding sea-views, 100 meters from the Sea. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Portloe. The apartment is south facing with abundance of natural light. The coastal scenery of the Roseland area is some of the prettiest in Cornwall, which you can enjoy on the coastal paths only less than 5 min. walk away. Local large sandy beaches within two miles of the property; bathing is also possible in the cove of Portloe.
Accommodation Spacious balcony with outstanding seaview. Completely refurbished to a very high standard. Bedrooms - two double and one single (bedding provided). Bathroom/shower and 2nd toilet - towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area. The apartment has been equipped with Sky TV, video, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, express/cappuccino coffee maker, and hairdryer. Utility room with washer/dryer, freezer and laundry facilities. Ample parking on site.  
A friendly local pub in walking distance, The Ship Inn, provides food all day, and The Luggar Hotel is open to non-residents for lunches and evening meals.
The fishing village of Portloe is situated in the centre of a cluster of local villages and interesting beaches. There is some amazing wildlife to be seen locally, some outstanding geology around the coast, and some interesting local history to be discovered.
