Set in secluded farmland, the Barn at Little Trefula is an architect-designed conversion of a renovated stone farm building offering a peaceful and relaxing holiday for a family of four (plus baby).
Accommodation  The unique reverse level layout features the living area on the first floor: a spacious galleried lounge (with Freeview TV, DVD & VCR) boasts panoramic views of the countryside; a separate sleeping area with a double bed and ample storage space for clothes etc. On the ground floor the front door (one step) opens on to a hallway with doors leading to a bedroom with full-sized bunk beds and built-in wardrobe, a shower-room with WC & hand-basin, stairs to first floor and a large fitted kitchen/dining room. This is equipped with built-in oven and hob, microwave, fridge & washer/drier and family sized farmhouse table. Wide french-windows open onto the private patio garden (one step) with picnic tables and plenty of room to enjoy the views. Next to the garden is a parking area for 2+ cars and a 2.5 acre field occupied by our two donkeys. Access is across our private land. There are convector heaters in all rooms; heating, lighting and cooking is provided by mains electricity. A private well supplies all the water, which is fully treated, to the farm. Summer electricity and linen is included in the price, towels may be hired for a small charge. Please note that the first floor is open-plan and therefore more suitable for single family occupancy.
