West Runton is between Cromer and Sheringham, a small clifftop village on the branch line from Norwich to the coast.   
  • The beach, village shops, pub, excellent eating places, a golf course, Shire Horse Centre with horse riding, bus stops and railway station are all within a short walk (400 yards).
  • As well as the coastal walks there are fine walks in the National Trust wooded hills behind the village.
  • Crab fishing takes place off shore where a sandy cliff revealed the important discovery of a fossilised mammoth.
  • Holt 6 miles away.

The Accommodation   
  • The Flat is on the ground floor.

  • Sleeps 4 - in one double room (King - 6' wide bed), one twin room.
  • Bathroom has bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
  • Kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine / dryer and a large range of kitchen units.
  • A large breakfast bar opens up to the sitting room/diner with a table and chairs and also 2 sofas. There is DVD and TV (freeview).
  • Free private parking is available at the back of the building for 1 car only.

Directions
Travelling from Sheringham towards Cromer along the A149, proceed through Beeston Regis, over the railway bridge into West Runton passing the church on the left hand side. On a corner turn left into the private driveway called Village Inn Car Park and follow the drive to the left of the car park round to the rear of a large period building where Travers Court is to be found. Park at the back.
