Situated in the heart of the enchanting village of Comrie, Towyn House is a spacious, comfortable and traditional family home. The house is in an ideal location for a range of activities that will appeal to all tastes; including walking and climbing nearby Monroes, fishing, playing golf on the beautiful local course, or enjoying the range of famous Malt Whisky in the Royal Hotel in the village centre. For dedicated golfers who wish to tackle a championship course, or to attend the Open in the summer, the courses of Gleneagles, Carnoustie and St Andrews are not far away.

The house is situated on the edge of the village; step out of the front door for the local shops and restaurants, and the back door to walk into the beech woods and on up into Glen Lednock.

Comrie is a popular holiday destination, nestled in the Strathearn Valley, 7 miles from Crieff. It has a wonderful sense of community spirit. Comrie Fortnight in July and the ancient Flambeaux and Ceilidh for Hogmanay are highlights of the village year. The historic cultural centres of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Perth are within an hour's drive.
