TOR VIEW is a large detached farmhouse with its own secure garden and offering spacious accommodation with:

4 bedrooms, 2 doubles both en-suite and 1 large twin en-suite and 1 twin with a single bed and a cabin bed. A further family bathroom is located on the ground floor.
The fully fitted kitchen provides all the modern amenities and home comforts to enjoy during your stay and leads into the dining room with a beamed ceiling and farmhouse table large enough for family get togethers.
A large open plan sitting room has a log burning stove and plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs to relax in.
Outside guests will find a patio area overlooking the beautiful open countryside to Helman Tor.

Tucked away in rural Cornwall, Tor View Farmhouse provides the perfect base for exploring an area renowned for its famous historic houses and gardens. Just a short distance from the magnificent Lanhydrock House, which also leads down to the Fowey river valley, the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan or discover the coastal delights of the Cornish Riviera - home to picturesque fishing villages and secluded beaches, like Polkerris and Ready Money Cove only 15 minutes away, or head west to Padstow and the surfing beaches.

Fishermen - our small private lake is stocked with carp, tench and roach.
Ladies we have a large hot tub on site.
Beach lovers we are just 15 minutes from the south coast and 25 from the north.
Walkers and cyclists we are on the Saints Way Footpath and the Cornish Cycle network.
Golfers on site we have a 9 hole putting green or for those who prefer a full 18 holes Lanhydrock Golf Club is just 5 minutes away.
Attractions in close proximity are the world famous Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Square-rigged Sailing Ships at Charlestown, Camel Valley Vineyard, the quaint harbours of Looe & Polperro.
For those who love nature watch the peasants come right up to the bird feeders or for peace and quiet walk up Helman Tor take a picnic or a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down.
Then after a busy day exploring take time to sample the produce on offer at the Panda Inn, Lanivet, so called because the village was famous for growing bamboo for the pandas at London Zoo, or try The Crown, in the nearby village of Lanlivery and reputed to be one of Cornwall's oldest pubs.
