Tomloan Steading is a newly converted steading situated on a working farm in a very peaceful setting with scenic views of the rolling countryside.  
  • An excellent place to explore on foot, bike or car with lots of wildlife to see or just curl up by the cosy wood burning stove, whatever your choice.
  • The town of Nairn is just 6 miles away which has beautiful golden sandy beaches where you will see the Moray Firth dolphins and seals from the shoreline.
  • Visit the championship golf courses. Fish in the many rivers. Experience the wonderful food and drink in the local pubs and restaurants.
  • Visit the many castles. Historic Cawdor Castle is only 4 miles away, Culloden Battlefield 12 miles and Fort George 9 miles.

Accommodation:  

  • 1 spacious double bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedside tables with bedside lights for easy reading, dressing table, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
  • 1 twin bedroom with bedside table and bedside light, dressing table and fitted wardrobe.
  • 1 single bedroom with guest bed which folds out into two single beds. Also included in this room are both bedside table and bedside light, dressing table and fitted wardrobe.
  • Bathroom is fitted with electric power shower, toilet, bath, sink and vanity unit. There is also a W C and wash basin next to the utility room.
  • Kitchen is fully integrated comprising, dishwasher, integrated microwave/oven/grill, electric ceramic hob, grill/oven and fridge/freezer. It is fully equipped with a good quality dinner set, cutlery and utensils.
  • Utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier with fitted cupboards and cloakroom.
  • Open plan Lounge/Dining room with large all round conservatory windows and French doors where you can enjoy the lovely views of the countryside. The conservatory has a dining table with 6 chairs. There is a cosy wood burning stove and a comfortable 3 + 2 + 1 suite with coffee table where you can relax during the cold winter nights. TV, DVD/Video, CD/Radio Player are also included.
  • Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Lots of space for children to play and ample parking.
  • Oil Central Heating and electricity are inclusive of rent.
  • Towels and bed linen supplied.

  • A 2 week booking will receive £50 discount.
  • Deposit of £50 to be paid after booking and the remaining balance to be paid on arrival.

Location  

  • Inverness Airport is 10 miles away and the city of Inverness 16 miles.
  • The Cairngorm Mountains are 40 minutes by car. They have some of the best skiing in Scotland not to mention all the other great winter sports you can do. Experience the Funicular railway.
  • For the children there is a fantastic forest theme park at Landmark Carrbridge, Rollerbowl at Inverness and a wildlife park at both Black Isle and Kingussie.
  • In fact lots to see and do all within a short distance.
