In 2 acres of gardens, this spacious Grade II Listed 16th Century timber framed house, complete with inglenook fireplace, accommodates 10 comfortably for weeks or short breaks. The house is well equipped with all modern conveniences among the wealth of exposed timbers in its interior.
 Toad Hall is set in the countryside near to the coast and the ancient town of Woodbridge on the River Deben with its fine restaurants and antique and book shops. The area is full of villages, pubs and sites of interest and activities (riding, golf, fishing etc) for adults and children. The house is centrally heated and also has a log burning stove (open fire front with guard) in one of the sitting rooms.
The house comprises: Two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two single bedrooms (sleeping ten comfortably). Two bathrooms (one en-suite).
