Jack's and Groom's Cottages, nestled in the grounds of the Tillmouth Park estate where the rivers Till and Tweed meet, are grade 2 listed buildings renovated in 2008 into luxury hideaways. Set within private gardens they look out across the fields towards the Cheviot Hills.

Situated on the main road between Wooler and Berwick-upon-Tweed - both within 20 minutes drive - the cottages have easy access to:  

• Wooler.
• Beaches at Scremerston and Cheswick.
• Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle, and the bird sanctuary at the Farne Islands.
• Drive 5 minutes down to Coldstream, cross the Tweed and explore the Scottish Borders.
• On the English side explore the Flodden battlefield, the villages of Ford, Etal, and Norham and their castles.
• Eat and drink at Tillmouth Park Hotel a short walk down the driveway, or take a short drive to numerous hotels and pubs.

Accommodation
Heated throughout by underfloor heating powered by an eco-friendly groundsource heat pump they have been tastefully furnished to a high quality. Both have Digital TV with Freeview, DVD players, and music systems with a library of DVDs, books, and games.

Our largest cottage is Groom's and sleeps 8 people:  

• 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (separate bath and shower).
• 2 twin bedrooms.
• Family bathroom with separate bath and shower.
• Sun lounge looking out over the courtyard.
• Large walled garden with patio, table and chairs.
• Roomy dining area with seating for 8.
• Open kitchen area.
• Sitting room with wood burner.

Our smaller cottage, Jack's sleeps 2 people:  

• Double bedroom.
• Spacious lounge/ dining room.
• Bathroom with separate bath and shower.
• Open kitchen.

To sleep 10 people Jack's and Groom's can be joined by unlocking a secure door. Please contact if you wish to arrange a booking.
