"The best cottage we have ever stayed in, you seem to have thought of everything we could ever need. Thanks for the welcome pack it was much appreciated after our long journey.We even had chance to take part in the great Portknockie Mackeral Fish which locals told us they have never known before. Thank you Stuart and Sharon for the 5 Star accomodation and the friendly service, hope we can make it back next year"

" Things to do and places to visit were sandy nice beaches at Cullen, Sandend, Lossiemouth. Guided tours at Fraserburgh Lighthouse, Glenmorag Distilleries. Speybay to watch dolphins, seals and ospreys. A must is to sit at the flagstaft overlooking the harbour on a nice balmy evening watching the children swimming in the harbour and fishing and watch a beautiful sunset at Portknockie. PS We have stayed in the cottage several times and will be back again next year."
"Second visit to this cottage and is the best holiday accomodation we have experienced. We were able to visit most of the Moray Coast and went up the Cairngorm Mountain on the mountain train. All in all a wonderful holiday and we will be back."
"It may have been cold outside, but it was so warm and welcoming inside. The walking has been fantastic on the coast and we made good use of the local bus services. The most gruelling day was taking the bus to Macduff and walking all the way back to the house along the coast looking forward to the warm welcome we would recieve on our return. It was a pleasure to cook with all the lovely clean utensils and enjoy many a cosy night in. We had a great meal at the Seafield Arms Hotel in Cullen. Many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable, hope to return."
"What a lovely welcome, the cottage was lovely and warm, the christmas decorations added to the festive feel and the mulled wine and shortbread greatly appreciated. We have spent a week walking beaches and woods and playing games in the evening and are going back well rested. "Portknockie has a lot to offer holiday makers. Plenty to do and see and explore within one hours drive, or if needs must, a quiet relaxing break. The cottage is to a very high standard and very well appointed. This is our second visit and will be back in 2007. A most enjoyable holiday."
"What a wonderful introduction to Scotland!. The cottage is beautiful, the weather has been great, much better than expected. We were lucky enough to see a large pod of dolphins swimming and playing in the bay. The Glenfiddich Distillary was well worth a visit. We've been on some wonderful walks. we were impressed how unspoilt it all is. We hope to come back and do all the things we didn't get time for."
