Tigh-na-Blair Apartment - a "room with a view"

Tigh-na-Blair Apartment is a newly renovated upstairs apartment in the picturesque village of Corrie, Isle of Arran. Built in an elevated position on the seafront, with large windows, the apartment boasts outstanding panoramic sea-views. The ever-changing light over the ocean and the local wildlife mean you will never bore of looking out. We can't promise, but, along with birds such as gannets, herons, and swans, we have seen wildlife such as otters, porpoises, dolphins, basking sharks and even the occasional whale pass by!

Arran is a stunning island, with many outdoor activities to enjoy such as hillwalking, cycling, golfing, rock-climbing or simply strolling along a beach at sunset... Known as being "Scotland in Miniature", the Isle of Arran offers something for everyone...

Accommodation comprises:

Entrance Vestibule/Utility Area - entered by it's own door at the back of Tigh-na-Blair house, this area has a washing machine and tumble dryer, coat hooks, shoe rack, and plenty of room for bicycles, golf-clubs, etc.
Hallway & Staircase.
Large Kitchen/Dining/Living Room - this open-plan room takes up the full length of the front of the building and features uninterrupted views over the Firth of Clyde through its large frontal windows. The newly installed kitchen has a full-size dishwasher, electric fan oven and touch control hob, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. There is a fold down futon sofa-bed in the living-room area to accommodate extra guests and a digital TV with built-in FREEVIEW, DVD player and Dock for iPod.
Spacious Double Bedroom - with double bed.
Bathroom - featuring a large bath with shower overhead.
Electricity, towels and bedlinen are included in the price.
A high chair is provided, but please bring your own cot.
Free Wi-Fi connection.

Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am, Friday to Friday. A deposit of £150 is payable on booking, with the balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

As the owners are on site in the lower part of the house (soundproofing installed inbetween), we look forward to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
