Location  

• The sweeping golden sands of Ashaig beach are only 10 minutes walk away. It is here that St. Maelrubha (a disciple of Columba) landed when he brought Christianity to Skye.
• Tigh Eachainn is on a croft tenanted by the same family for 150 years. With artists and musicians in the family, the walls throughout are hung with original artwork.
• In the hallway you will find the framed sheet music for "Tigh Eachainn" written by a visiting flautist, and a folder of information on all the family's favourite places to visit on Skye including some great music sessions which you won't find advertised elsewhere.
