Tigh a Rudha translated from the Gaelic means House on the Point. This lovely traditional highland croft house is idyllically situated in a unique location. It stands on the very edge of the sea in one of Skye's most secluded glens, nestled beneath the mountains Ben Aslak and Sgurr na Coinnich.
  • There are breathtaking views of Kintail, Knoydart and the Kylerhea Narrows. Beautiful sunrises can be seen over the Five Sisters and sometimes, especially in winter, the Northern Lights.
  • Kylerhea is a wildlife paradise. Otters, seals, porpoises and dolphins frequent the waters just a few metres from the house; deer graze on the croft at night and eagles fly the ridges of the surrounding mountains, making Tigh a Rudha a perfect base for observing the abundant wildlife, hillwalking or just 'getting away from it all'.
