THREE OWLS COTTAGES are located just outside the village of Blakeney, with views of the coast and within easy reach of some of North Norfolk's finest beaches.
  The three new cottages offer every comfort for a relaxing, peaceful holiday or, for the more active, there are some wonderful walks right from the front door, plus a unique outdoor training facility nearby. The cottages are eco-friendly and built to a very high specification, with underfloor heated tiled floors throughout.
Accommodation - Barn Owl: Sleeps 4. Double bedroom with adjacent bathroom (Jacuzzi bath, rain-head shower, wc). Large twin room with en-suite shower-room, wc.
- Tawny Owl: Sleeps 4. Two double bedrooms, large shower room, wc.
- Church Owl: Sleeps 2. One double bedroom with adjacent bathroom (Jacuzzi bath, rain-head shower, wc).
- Tawny Church: Sleeps 6. The cottages combine with double opening doors.
- All the cottages have an open plan living area with dining table and kitchen.
Features - All is provided; quality linen, towels, soaps and shower gels.
- Kitchens feature marble work-tops, quality hobs, ovens, dishwashers and microwaves. Washing machines are available for longer stays on site if required.
- Living-rooms have digital TVs, DVD and stereo and free Broadband Wi-Fi for your laptop.
- Each cottage has a garden area and looks out on a well-stocked cottage garden. There is also a barbecue spot close by.
- There is ample parking alongside the cottages.
Location - Views and walking - Three Owls Farm boasts panoramic views of the Glaven Valley to the sea and the three churches of Blakeney, Cley and Wiveton, and Cley Mill.
- Guests have use of the private trails around the 40 acres of farmland, except when the group walking classes are in progress, but may also join these classes for a small fee.
- The property adjoins the Blakeney Esker and Wiveton Downs, areas of scientific interest and spectacular beauty, which are part of some of our favourite circular walks which also take in coastal footpaths.
- There is so much wildlife to enjoy and visitors might be lucky enough to see the barn owl flying across the fields at Three Owls Farm, as well as birds of prey such as hen harriers and kestrels. Almost guaranteed is the beautiful sound of the skylarks which nest on the fields and can be seen and heard during many months of the year.
- Our land is mainly grazed by sheep, with many lambs in the spring and summer months.
