This apartment is located about 2 minutes from the West End of Princes Street and close to all the attractions Edinburgh has to offer! Built in 1850, it has been beautifully renovated, and has a spacious open plan living-room/kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, and bathroom with shower. It is situated in one of the quaintest New Town streets in Edinburgh.
Accommodation  The large, open plan Lounge/Kitchen is a warm, welcoming room with 2 double windows overlooking over William Street, complete with working Georgian shutters. There is a digital TV/DVD and Hi-fi/cd player and a selection of books, cd's and DVD's. There's also a dining table to sit 4 people. Double/Twin Bedroom 1 looks to the rear of the apartment, and has a zip and link super-king-sized bed, or full size single beds. In addition, this room has a 'lovers' seat' at the window. Double/Twin Bedroom 2 looks over William Street. This room also has a zip and link super-king-sized bed, or full size single beds. A hairdryer and radio alarm is supplied in each bedroom. The Kitchen is generously equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine/tumble drier, mini dish washer, toaster and kettle. The Bathroom is tiled and is fitted with a powerful electric shower over the bath. General - Gas central heating.
