Welton Farm provides three delightful properties (3 and 4 Star, all on ground level) on a 186 acre working farm situated amongst hills with panoramic views of the Vale of Strathmore and surrounding countryside.
 Garden Cottage - 4 Star:
Can sleep up to 4
A converted bothy/byre, the Cottage offers spacious, warm and comfortable detached accommodation. - A large recently refitted fully equipped kitchen, sitting/dining room with colour TV, video and DVD player, one double bedroom and one twin, and bathroom.
- Central heating, hot water, linen and towels included in the rental.
- Electricity for lighting, TV and kitchen equipment is charged by a 50p meter.
- There are two patios and a fenced off grass area behind with kennel.
The Welton Bungalow:

A semi-detached, ranch style building, the Bungalow is centrally heated, and comprises: - A fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge.
- Lounge/dining room, colour TV, video and DVD player, and open fire with good supply of logs provided at small charge.
- Two bedrooms: One double bedroom with shower room ensuite, and one twin room with large bathroom ensuite with over-bath shower.
- Access to garden.
The Welton Flat:
Sleeps 2
A self-contained, spacious, comfortable, centrally heated studio flat, this accommodation comprises: - A well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge.
- A fully tiled ensuite shower room.
- The bed-sitting room is fully carpeted, has a proper double bed which folds away into the wall, table and chairs, and colour TV / video player with remote control. Doors open onto:
- The patio, furnished with table and chairs, and allowing access to the lawn and clothesline.
Welton Farm provides an ideal base for touring the Angus Glens, castles and coastline; the area provides a huge variety of leisure pursuits, places of interest and things to do.
