The Stables at Ashtree Farm is a luxury 5* star Gold Award cottage located just outside the historic village of Buckland on the Oxford/Cotswold borders. The property provides a unique opportunity to enjoy a luxurious and romantic break surrounded by glorious open countryside. It has an ideal central location for touring many of the Cotswolds towns and villages. Historic places such as Oxford, Bath and Stratford are within easy driving distance. London's attractions are easily accessible by train from Oxford or Didcot Parkway stations. Heathrow Airport is approx 90 minutes drive.

Ashtree Farmhouse dates from the 18th century has been sympathetically restored in recent years. Surrounded by a stunning two acre landscaped garden The Stables Cottage and the Hayloft Annexe offer guests truly 5* Star accommodation with the flexibility and privacy which self-catering has to offer.

Accommodation
The cottage can accommodate 4 guests with a further 2 guests in the Hayloft next door. All the rooms are furnished with a range of antique and modern furniture. The decor has been designed with rich textures and beautiful fabrics to make each room warm and inviting. The sprung mattresses are top quality and the beds are complimented with pristine white cotton sheets and feather duvets, ensuring a blissful night's sleep. Our newly completed Hayloft which is next door to the cottage provides a third bedroom which can accommodate a further two guests. This is a beautifully decorated room which has a large Finnish sauna and small kitchenette area. (NB.This room as no direct access from inside the cottage).
