Located on a quiet country lane in a pretty North Devon village, the small barn offers very comfortable accommodation and makes an ideal base for exploring both the north coasts and the moors and is only a few minutes drive from the self contained village of Bradworthy with its pub, post office and shops.

Accommodation
The Small barn was built in the early 1800s and has recently been converted by the owners to provide a high standard of comfort.

Ground Floor

Flagstone floors and beams.
Fully fitted kitchen/diner, cosy sitting room, shower room with wc & basin.

First Floor

One double and one twin bedroom with beams.
Bathroom with wc and basin.

Outside

Secure lawned garden with shrub beds, picnic bench, shed containing garden chairs, BBQ etc.
Off road parking for 2 cars.

Facilities

Electricity and full oil fired central heating included in the price.
Electric coal effect stove, TV/DVD player with Free-view, Radio/CD player.
Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, cot (please specify if required), high chair.
Duvets, linen, towels provided.

Location

A short drive from the Tamar Lakes where coarse and trout fishing as well as various water sports can be found also some of the nicest ice cream in the area.
Sandy beaches at Bude 12 miles. Stunning coastal scenery around the Hartland Peninsula, Clovelly, RHS Gardens Rosemoor 30 minutes drive and Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moor within 1 hours drive, not forgetting The Eden Project.
