The Sail Loft is a modern four star holiday home by the sea in Teignmouth, South Devon, England accommodating up to six people and designed with families in mind. It is situated in the heart of the conservation area in Teignmouth, only a few minutes' walk from the award-winning sandy beach and the town centre, with its attractive pedestrianised areas and interesting old backstreets. The busy working port at the mouth of the estuary is a lively area with fishing vessels, boats for hire and waterside inns. There is beautiful countryside to explore and the coast, including the South West Coast Path, is easily accessible. Dartmoor is within easy driving distance.

First Floor

Comfortable reception room having a surround-sound system for the 32" widescreen teletext TV with Freeview, DVD, games and books.
The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a fridge freezer, electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and a radio.

Second Floor

Bedroom with double bed, 32" LCD TV with Freeview, DVD and clock radio.
Bedroom with twin beds. Children's games and books.
Family bathroom with bath and shower. Shaver socket.

Third Floor

Twin-bedded room with views across the estuary. Portable TV.
Shower room with wc, washbasin and shaver socket.
