 The Sail Loft is a modern four star holiday home, designed for families. It is situated in the heart of the conservation area in Teignmouth, only a few minutes' walk from the award-winning sandy beach and the town centre, with its attractive pedestrianised areas and interesting old backstreets. The busy working port at the mouth of the estuary is a lively area with fishing boats, boats for hire and waterside inns. There is beautiful countryside to explore and the coast, including the South West Coast Path, is easily accessible. Dartmoor is within easy driving distance.

First Floor Comfortable reception room having a surround-sound system for the widescreen teletext TV with Freeview, DVD and video player. Games and books. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a fridge freezer, electric oven with a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and a radio. Second Floor - Bedroom with double bed, 21" teletext TV, DVD and clock radio.
