The Ramblers is set in the quiet and peaceful seaside village of East Preston and has direct access to the foreshore via a short, private footpath and allows a range of sporting activities from walking, dinghy sailing to windsurfing and kite sailing. The flat is arranged around its own private, walled garden with access from the kitchen or through a side gate (useful for wet dogs!). The garden has a BBQ area, table and chairs for al fresco eating and loungers for rest and relaxation, weather of course permitting!
  Accommodation The flat has its own private entrance with off street parking. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and small table. The kitchen leads to a cosy sitting room and through to the double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both sitting room and bedroom look out onto the garden. The flat is beautifully furnished throughout, is centrally heated by gas, has a LCD Flatscreen TV with Freeview channels. There is use of a washing machine and tumble dryer by prior arrangement. Amenities East Preston village is well served by two pubs and a wine bar which are all just a short walk away. There are also local options if you wish to eat out, an Italian restaurant, Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant and The Sea View Hotel serving English and Continental food. There is also a local grocery store and newsagents for all your daily needs and a cafe for lovely English breakfasts and lunches.
Local Activities As well as water pursuits you can access the South Downs way for excellent mountain biking, there are beautiful walks within the area, horse riding, golf and tennis are also available. For those of you who prefer more cultural pursuits the historic towns of Arundel and Chichester are nearby to the west and for shopping Worthing and Brighton to the East.
