April 2012 We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The flat is welcoming and comfortable - you have thought of everything! Rain was predicted but we had two beautiful days I am sure we will be back, thank you!

April 2012. We have had a great time here. It is a comfortable and very nicely decorated flat indeed. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. The Reema Indian Restaurant and take-away is amazing and the Black Rabbit pub (mentioned in your book) is also a place to visit.

September 2011. We really loved staying here, the flat is so 'homely' and has been decorated with TLC! Everything we needed was available (and more)! The neighbours are friendly as are the locals around the village. Beach is pretty, walks are interesting in fact the whole area is great to visit, especially Arundel and Brighton. The curry's at Reema are fantastic as is the food in the pub through the gate! I will be recommending your lovely flat to anyone who wants to visit this part of South England. Hopefully we can make it back here again sometime in the future. Germany
September 2011. Lovely flat, all the decorative touches were much appreciated - a home from home. Flat was light, spacious and warm a lovely place to rent and recharge our batteries. The area is superb too, not a part of the country we knew so great to descover so many interesting places. Arundel was beautiful, Worthing, Brighton ...Hope to come back sometime soon with such sunny weather as we had this week. West Midlands

August 2011 We had to stay in the area for 14 days to carry out bowls England National Championships in Worthing. Not wanting to be tied to hotels and B & B we decided on accommodation away from Worthing. The apartment has proved to be exactly what we required giving us the opportunity to relax after busy days. We have been able to please ourselves eating and drinking in and also out and about locally. Many thanks for a lovely clean, well equipped and comfortable flat. we hope to be able to visit again in the future with more time to spend sightseeing. Newmarket
August 2011. After a week's camping on the River Thames what a glorious treat! A spacious and charmingly decorated seaside apartment. Thank you so much - we even enjoyed the rainy days! (only one)!
August 2011. We came down for our brother's wedding in Arundel and it was an ideal location. Beautiful apartment, we were delightfully surprised at the size of the bedrooms and lounge. The photos on the internet reeally do not do it justice! I have now got to convince the other half that we need to re-locate. Thank you for such a well presented and friendly apartment.
July 2011. we have had a wonderful time in your apartment. The weather was better than in the Netherlands, it was dry all week. The walk to the Blue Bird was great and Arundel with the Black Rabbit a great place to visit. Every morning we had breakfast with a lovely view and most of the times with sun on our plates. Thank you for everything and hopefully we will be back. Netherlands.
June 201. Loved the flat and the decor, had a great week as there is so much to do in the area. Thank you Jane for ensuring the kitchen had what we needed also for the suggestion of fish and chips in Littlehampton - they were a wonderful way to finish the week.

May 2011 - What a great surprise having made a last minute booking. Lovely, homely and cosy we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Great outlook very relaxing when eating at the table. Sorry only used as a bed and breakfast due to visit to see extended family. Looking forward to rebooking in the future. April/May 2011 - What a lovely place to be! There was everything we needed and more! We enjoyed looking at all the nice objects, prints in the flat. The small balcony just right for the two of us with a glass of wine late afternoon and then the view of the sea - never got tired of it. Thank you! Netherlands.
Another fine week and probably the best holiday weather we've ever enjoyed in the UK. We've enjoyed just chilling out and would certainly like to stay here again when we're not so tired!
Easter 2011 What beautiful weather for the time of year. Flat is ideal location to take advantage of the many things to do and see. Fantastic and uplifting is our view of the flat and the shower wow! September 2010 - Having come here to help me decide whether or not to move permanently from London to Sussex I could not have come to a better place. I have felt so comfortable here so happy to be in such wonderful surroundings. What matters for me is how an apartment/house feels. No. 6 feels so welcoming. The locals in the village are so friendly and that garage in Manor Road is the icing on the cake! (An unused art deco garage). I AM going to live in Sussex, thank you Jane. London.
September 2010 - Spent a great week here in East Preston, relaxed and had some lovely days out. The flat is so cozy and the decor set the mood! We hope to return as the area has so many attractions. PS We discovered the Bella Vista restaurant at the end of the road, fabulous food with an great view of the sea - booking recommended. Stafford

August 2010 - So many lovely things to remember from our holiday... Gina 'the privacy and peacefulness of the beach.' Will 'the comfort and homeliness of the flat with the pretty view.' Berni 'breakfast and lunch at the Bluebird Cafe on the beach.' The convenience of the location with a good choice of places to eat and visit was wonderful. We've had a lovely holiday and would love to come again. Thank you very much for all the 'thoughtful' extras in the flat which made it so special.

August 2009 - We have really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely location. The flat is gorgeous and very welcoming. My brother, who is very asmatic was doubally pleased as the flat and sofa bed are so clean they did not set him off (have a reaction).
