The Ramblers is set in the quiet and peaceful seaside village of East Preston and has direct access to the beach via a short, private footpath and allows a range of sporting activities from walking, dinghy sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing. Sea views from the large sitting room, kitchen, dining area and double bedroom. Small outside area with sea views and also communal garden for relaxing.

The flat is beautifully furnished throughout, is centrally heated by gas and has a LCD Flat screen TV with Freeview channels & DVD player. Books, DVDs and games. Wi fi available.

Amenities
East Preston village is well served by two pubs and a wine bar. There are also local options if you wish to eat out, an Italian, Indian, Chinese restaurants and The Sea View Hotel serving English and Continental food. There is also a local grocery store/off licence and newsagents for all your daily needs and a cafe for lovely English breakfasts and lunches. All just a very short walk away.

During summer months visit the Beach Hut Cafe right on the beach serving light refreshments, drinks and ice creams.

Local Activities
As well as water pursuits you can access the South Downs way for excellent mountain biking, there are beautiful walks within the area, horse riding, golf and tennis are also available. For those of you who prefer more leisurely pursuits the historic towns of Arundel and Chichester are nearby to the west and for shopping Worthing and Brighton to the East.
