National Trust land lies immediately to the rear of the property with access at the side, this leading directly to miles of coastal walks along stunningly scenic coastline, including Morte point. Exmoor is an easy drive.
Woolacombe village with shops and pubs 300m, access to the beach 200m. Saunton is 6 miles with two 18 hole golf courses (1 championship). There are all amenities of Ilfracombe (5 miles) and Barnstaple (14 miles); whilst Exmoor and Lynton/Lynmouth are an easy drive. Leisure facilities available at hotel in the village.
