If you are staying in The Pigsty you can not only enjoy our lovely gardens and cafe straight from your door but you can also receive a 10% discount from the cafe at the leisure centre in Bala!!
We still cook evening meals delivered to The Pigsty or served in the Cafe. You can either choose from the cafe menu or talk to Toby about a special meal. 6 courses from £25.50

The Pigsty offers a unique opportunity for a short break or a relaxing holiday. Set in our 3 acre garden with remarkable views this lovely dwelling has a very special charm.
There is a projector and large screen for DVDs and satellite TV
It sounds as if TV is the main thing, it certainly isn't in this fabulous location but at the end of a winters' day it may fit in well after a sauna and a good meal.
The only requirement is the ability to climb the ladder to bed, it is steep!!!
THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS
Sitting up in bed with a cup of tea you have a wonderful view of the garden out of the gable end or the Berwin Mountains through the sky light.
During your stay you have unlimited free access to the gardens including the Adventure Playground with Fort and Zip Wire!
The Lake is a seven minute stroll from the Pigsty. You can fish for Perch and Pike, play in the boats or swim.
There is a lovely two mile walk along the top of the farm to a Roman Camp Site. They didn't stay very long but the views were definitely what they came for.
There is plenty of other walking straight from the door in fact you don't really have to get in your car at all once you have arrived.

The Pigsty is a beautiful little hideaway with beautiful views and surrounding walks. We have had an amazing, relaxing week and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. We got engaged while we were here which just added to the magic.

From the moment we arrived the Pigsty exceeded our expectations. It's a beautifully restored and cosy little escape.The sauna and the projector screen are really thoughtful and fun touches that you just wouldn't find elsewhere.
We can't wait to come back in the Summer.
