Newly built in 2008 The Paddock at Foulden Hagg is a luxury 4 bedroomed house with 4 bathrooms. Private location with breath-taking views of the Cheviot and Lammermuir hills.

The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 double, 2 twin, 3 of which are en-suite plus 1 family bathroom.
Large kitchen-diner with dishwasher.
Utility room and washing machine.
Large lounge with log burning stove, LCD TV and DVD, leading out onto large south facing patio with furniture and BBQ.
There is also a games room with a pool table, table tennis, fusbal and darts.

The Paddock is situated 5 miles from Berwick-Upon-Tweed, where you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants and the main East Coast Railway line Edinburgh and Newcastle are only 1 hour away.
The paddock is only 5 minutes away from the superb beaches and coastline of Berwickshire and North Northumberland.
The Paddock is an ideal base for either a quiet, peaceful break or an action-packed week either walking, cycling, golfing or fishing.
