The Orchard is a charming "log cabin" style single story cottage, set in a 1 acre apple orchard, in one of the finest valleys of South Devon. It is sheltered, tranquil, charmingly rural and yet open enough to enjoy sunshine all day in the Summer. In Winter  it is snug and cozy with an open log fire. Sheep, horses and red devon cattle all graze nearby.
  • The small market town of Modbury is less than a mile away with village shops for every need, including a delicatessen, family butcher, baker, art gallery and several antique shops.
  • Beautiful South Devon beaches, such as Salcombe, Thurlestone, Mothecombe and Bigbury are all within easy reach.
  • Dartmoor, with the best walking in Devon is only 3 miles away.
