THE OLD WORKSHOP is a recently completed detached conversion set in 5 acres with fishing lake and panoramic views of Helman Tor from all windows. The all ground floor accommodation consists of two bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, bathroom with fitted over bath shower and open plan kitchen/living room.
