Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at Churchstanton in the Blackdown Hills in Somerset. Close to the Somerset/Devon border and only six miles from Taunton, the Old Pigsty is a converted single storey barn converted in 2001. The cottage has been rated as 4 stars by the English Tourist Board.

The Old Pigsty offers most attractive studio style accommodation therefore is ideal for couples.
Tastefully furnished, very well equipped and with the benefit of its own terrace it makes an ideal base for touring and relaxation.
The barn is located in and accessed through the owners' pretty rear garden via seven small steps which lead to the entrance.
There is ample room for parking with off-road parking nearby.
The property benefits from Oil Fired Central Heating with constant hot water.
All fuel, electricity, bed linen (duvets) and towels are provided at no extra charge.
A laundry service is available by arrangement with the owner.
Also provided are TV (with video player), and microwave (plus modern electric cooker).
Water is provided from the owners' fresh water springs.

The accommodation:

Lounge/dining area/kitchen with original beams and a ceramic tiled floor with two radiators in the studio. There is a double bed and French doors opening onto the patio area. There is a double size shower cubicle, a ladder radiator, toilet and hand basin.
The courtyard garden and patio area has its own furniture and BBQ.
The accommodation is strictly non smoking although smoking is permitted outside.
The owners are dog friendly and well behaved pets are welcome.
The property is not suitable for children nor for more than two adults.
