The cottage has been newly converted in 2011 from part of a former Forge to provide spacious modern holiday accommodation. Situated within the centre of Rye with all its amenities. The Old Forge provides accommodation for up to six people and parking for one car.

Accommodation

The property sleeps 6, there are three bedrooms: one large double room with ensuite shower room, one twin bedded room and a small double room.
An upstairs family bathroom with bath, basin and w.c., an ensuite bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom with basin and w.c.
The downstairs is open plan with bifolding doors to a small enclosed courtyard.
Separate snug area.
The kitchen has granite worktops, and is fully equipped with electric hob and fan oven, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Parking space 100 yards from the property.

All bed and kitchen linen supplied (towels available for hire at £3 per person).

Details:

Week breaks generally run Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday and short breaks are available from Friday for three nights or Monday for four nights, but please contact us if you require different dates or length of stay - we'll try to help.
£100 deposit payable at time of booking, the balance to be paid two months before arrival.

Location:

Beaches at Camber Sands (3 miles) and Winchelsea (3 miles).
National Trust properties: Lamb House Rye, Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst Castle Garden, Batemans Burwash.
