Cottage style 2 bedroom apartment situated 4 miles from Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland, in the heart of the countryside. It is attached to the owners' residence which was originally a church and school. It has its own private entrance. In August 2006 'The Old School House' featured as a priest's house in the film called 'Return to the River' made by a German film company. This film is based on a novel by Rosamunde Pilcher.

Visitors can avail of trout fishing in lake which is 2 minutes away.
Westport seaside town is ten minutes drive away and has all amenities eg. leisure centres, swimming pools, cinema, golf, shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants.
45 minutes drive from Knock Airport.
Ideal base for touring West of Ireland.
