 Well equipped and comfortably furnished, this bright and airy cottage is set back from the road in the quiet village of Knapton, just one and a half miles from the coastal village of Mundesley.
The charm of the cottage is provided by its original features and exposed roof timbers, together with a tranquil and private rear garden. The cottage offers peace yet is also well situated for the area's attractions including the award-winning beach where a beach-hut is also available for letting.
Accommodation The sitting room with comfortable sofas, exposed timbers and wood-burner has a colour television, video and DVD player, selection of videos, CD/tape/radio and books. Unfitted antique pine units, a butler's sink, and modern conveniences equip the kitchen to a high standard. There is a good-sized pine dining table and four chairs. French doors lead to the garden. The large characterful master bedroom has high ceilings, exposed beams and an en-suite shower-room. The double bed and quiet location should ensure a good night's sleep. The second bedroom upstairs has bunk beds making it ideal for families. There is parking for one car and the front garden is mainly laid to lawn. A gated narrow passageway leads around to the fully enclosed rear garden.
