The Moretons Vacation Houses
10 miles from Cheltenham and 50 miles from Oxford, The Moretons is ideal for a Cotswold holiday.
 9 self-catering houses sleeping from 2 to 10; the houses date from 1821 and are set in 5 acres of gardens and orchard, one mile from Bredon and Kemerton villages. Each house is equipped down to a needle and thread. Bredon Hill is just a short walk away and the many attractions of the Cotswolds and the heart of England are on the doorstep.
The gardens are extensive and away from the road. There is plenty of room for children to play in safety and without disturbing other guests. In season pick apples, pears, cherries and plums from our orchard. Younger (and older) guests are welcome to visit the heated playhouse with resident teddy bear, Mr T. Bear. The two storey house is fully furnished with play kitchen, gallery bedroom and secret door. Outside enjoy the swings, climbing frame, trampoline, slide and see-saw in the play area or play a game of badminton or croquet on the lawn.
 Two heated indoor swimming pools; both fully tiled pools measure 6m x 12m. Pool two has a constant depth of 1.4m. Facilities include spas, changing rooms (each with shower & WC), pool games and inflatables. There is a charge of £2 per person per hour, which gives your party exclusive use of a pool and its facilities. A separate sauna is also available for hire.
There are two good pubs with restaurants within walking distance. Bredon village has a post office and bakery, a pottery and a teddy bear shop; the village hall hosts a monthly farmers' market. The nearest town is Tewkesbury, where there are supermarkets and many small shops, cafes and restaurants. Opportunities for a wide variety of activities are within easy reach. Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham Spa and the Malvern Hills are just a short drive away. Farther afield visit Bath Spa, Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham or Wales.
