Linked to Glendy, the main house, this attractive cottage has open views over Glendy Burn to fields with sheep, llamas and trees. The setting is picturesque and peaceful and yet it takes only ten minutes to access the M9, to the south at J8 or north at J9.

LOCATION & AMMENITIES - On the eastern slope of the Ochil Hills, the village of Glenfarg is in a prime location for those seeking to get to the principal towns and amenities within Tayside and Central Scotland.
- Fishing is available on the Rivers Tay and Earn and on numerous lochs.
- The area's wonderful selection of golf courses includes many of Scotland's best known, including St Andrews, Carnoustie, Rosemount and Gleneagles, and many lesser-known but picturesque and challenging courses.
- Shooting is also available and the hills in the area offer a great selection of leisurely or challenging walks.
- Amenities around the village of Glenfarg (1 mile), about 10 - 15 minute stroll partly through Mill Wood, include Hotel and Restaurant, Post office and shop, Garage and Tennis club.
