Welcome to our newly renovated luxury cottage, located behind The Limes House, in the centre of Silverdale village. We have full central heating and double glazing and can accomodate up to 6 people. Off road parking is available for two vehicles.

• From the entrance hall you enter into the spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen.
• The dining conservatory has heating and a ceiling fan for all year use. From here french doors open onto the pretty garden area. Outside there is patio furniture to seat six and a BBQ for alfresco eating.
• The kitchen is fully equipped, including a breakfast bar, gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
• In the lounge there is a 32" flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/Radio and log effect gas fire.
• A winding staircase leads to the first floor.
• The family bedroom is en-suite and has a king-size and single bed.
• The double room and single room share the family bathroom, which has a bath and separate shower.
• Duvets are provided appropriate to the season.

Location  

• Silverdale is a tranquil village on the edge of Morecambe Bay; an idyllic place to relax and take time out from the fast pace of life. It is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Leighton Moss International Bird Reserve is only a mile away.
• There are many coastal and woodland walks from the cottage door and great opportunities for bird watching, fishing, golf and cycling.
• The village has a children's park, three pubs, Italian restaurant, delicatessan and tearoom, co-op, newsagents, chemist, butchers, post office, swimming pool and gym. The fish van and village policeman visit every Wednesday morning.
• Silverdale is easy to access being only 15 mins from Jn 35 of the M6 by car. Also the village railway station connects with the West Coast Mainline.
