• Following extensive refurbishment we can offer Flat A downstairs - the family flat - with a huge sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom 1 with a king size bed and bedroom 2 with two large single beds.
• Flat B upstairs has a good-size lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double.
• Each flat has its own central heating and hot water system and comes fully equipped with a powerful shower over the bath, a dining table in the kitchen and a widescreen TV in the lounge with Freeview and DVD.
• There is one off-street parking space for each of flats A and B.
• In addition to the 2 large flats, there is a well equipped studio annexe on the first floor which can be rented with either flat.
• The annexe has its own en-suite shower room, a galley kitchen and a studio room housing a king size bed and a sitting area.
• The studio has its own central heating and entertainment system with widescreen TV.
• Each flat has access to free WiFi and pets are most welcome at no extra charge.

The property is very flexible and can accommodate parties of 4, 6, 8 or 10 in comfort with each person sleeping in a proper bed.

Hutton-le-Hole is located on the edge of the North York Moors National Park which is ideal for walking, cycling or just travelling by car enjoying the scenery. The village is ideally located for local attractions such as the North York Moors Railway, Flamingo Land and Castle Howard as well as being within an hour's drive of Whitby, Scarborough and York.
